I am a clinical psychologist licensed to practice in Tennessee (PSY#: 3705) and California (PSY#: 27581). I am also a member of PSYPACT (https://psypact.org/page/About), which allows me to provide telehealth services to individuals living in states that are PSYPACT approved. I offer non-religious based psychotherapy to adults (ages 18+) and couples who are struggling with a variety of concerns. I have experience treating depression, anxiety, grief/loss, life transitions, childhood relational complex trauma, relationship problems, anger management, substance use disorders, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality. I am currently offering in-person and video sessions.
My approach to therapy can be considered interactive and integrative. This means that I actively engage with you while drawing from a variety of modalities including psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, developmental, internal family systems, and attachment-based therapies to fit your needs and goals. Our work together will be based on your individual characteristics and concerns to help you achieve the outcomes you are hoping for. Throughout this process I maintain a flexible and adaptive stance because needs and goals often evolve during the course of therapy. Should you choose to begin therapy with me I look forward to knowing you and building a partnership together.
